Returns & Refunds
Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you
promptly and in excellent condition, there are unfortunately
times when this does not happen. In the interests of hygiene
we only accept the return of goods which are damaged or
faulty. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us
please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange
a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel all or part if your order any time within 7 days for
any reason. Simply contact us within 7 days, stating your order
number.
In the case of an order that has already been shipped, you will be
responsible for all postal charges involved in sending the jewellery
back to us. A 10% restocking fee charged. It is very important that all jewellery sent back
to us from the UK, is sent via 'Recorded Delivery' (available from
your local post office) in a padded envelope, as we cannot be held
responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post during transit
to us. If you have already paid your money will be refunded as
within 7 days of us receiving your returned order. Please note
that due to hygiene concerns, no jewellery can be accepted once it
has been worn. All jewellery must be returned in it's original
packaging, please check your item carefully before removing it from
the clear bag.
